The 'Hustle Culture' tells you to code 24/7. But entering your final semester exhausted is a recipe for disaster. True rest is active, not passive.
1. Disconnect to Reconnect
Spend at least 3 days this month without your laptop. Go home, visit relatives, or just sleep. Your brain needs downtime to consolidate the information you've learned all year.
2. Reflect on Wins
Instead of worrying about the job you didn't get, list down 5 things you learned in 2025. Did you learn React? Did you give your first presentation? Celebrate that.
3. Fix Your Sleep Schedule
Late-night coding has likely destroyed your circadian rhythm. Use the holidays to reset. Waking up fresh for 9 AM interviews in January will be your competitive advantage.
